Yvonne-Adélaïde Mougany is a Congolese politician born in 1944 in Brazzaville. She has been Minister of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, Crafts and the Informal Sector since 2007, and Member of Parliament for the first constituency of Mindouli (Pool) since 2002. She was previously Minister of Trade, Consumption and Supplies (2002-2007) and Director General of Hydro-Congo (1998-1999).
