Ms. Ingrid Ebouka-Babackas is a Congolese politician. She is the Minister of Planning, Statistics and Regional Integration since 2016. She was previously the Director-General of National Financial Institutions at the Ministry of Economy, Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio.
