Dr. Tobi N’Kaya is the Director General of Livestock of the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries in the Republic of Congo and Delegate to the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE).

He is a veterinary and has done a doctorate in Veterinary Medicine presented and supported at the University Chiekh Anta Diop of Dakar (UCAD), Senegal. His subject was: Comparative study of the presence of antibiotic residues in the thigh and breech muscles of broiler chickens in the Dakar region.
