Bienvenu Ntsouanva is the Director General, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the Republic of Congo.

He was Director of the National Centre for Crop Disease Control for 7 years and the coordinator of the national programme for sustainable intensification of cassava production until 2018.
